Ingredientes:
- 4 unidade(s) de chuchu médio(s)
- 8 fatia(s) de bacon Sadia
- 8 fatia(s) de presunto sem capa de gordura Sadia
- 8 fatia(s) de mussarela
- 1 caixinha(s) de creme de leite
- 2 unidade(s) de tomate maduro(s)
- 50 gr de queijo ralado
- 1 unidade(s) de cebola média(s)
- 3 dente(s) de alho
- 1 colher(es) (sopa) de azeite
- 2 colher(es) (sopa) de cheiro-verde
- 1 envelope(s) de tempero pronto em pó
- 1 colher(es) (sopa) de manjericão
- quanto baste de sal
- quanto baste de pimenta-do-reino branca moída(s)
Preparação:
Cozinhe os chuchus, corte ao meio e retire a semente e um pouco da massa. Reserve. À parte frite o bacon e o presunto no azeite. Reserve. Nessa mesma gordura, refogue os tomates sem a pele e sem sementes, o manjericão, a cebola, o alho, o tempero em pó, a pimenta e o sal. Num refratário acomode os chuchus e coloque o bacon com o presunto a mussarela e o molho. Cubra com o creme de leite e o queijo ralado. Leve ao forno para gratinar.

Ingredientes:
- 4 medium size chuchu
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 slices of ham without fat
- 8 slices of mussarela cheese
- 1 carton of creme de leite (milk filling... almost like whipping cream)
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 1 medium size onion
- 3 garlic bulbs
- 1 soup spoon of olive oil
- 2 soup spoons of this type of parsley called cheiro-verde 'green smell'
- 1 envelope of seasoning (don't ask me which seasoning they're talking about here)
- 1 soup spoon of basil
- salt
- as much white pepper you feel like
Procedures
You should cook the chuchus, cut them so as to take the seeds out and some of the 'mass' too. Fry the bacon and the ham in olive oil. With the fat you got from the bacon and ham, cook the peeled tomatoes (no seeds here), basil, garlic, onion, pepper, seasoning and the salt. On this glass thingy put the chuchus and then the bacon, ham, mussarela cheese and the whole sauce you made in the previous stage. Take a deep breath, call your mother, tell you love her, cover the whole thing with the creme de leite and grated cheese. Take it to the oven and pray it will taste delicious. I haven't tried this recipe... but I believe it tastes good. If it doesn't... then never try to make fat chuchus again :) This recipe is good enough for 8 people
